Interested authors are requested to submit the electronic version of their paper(s) in PDF format via the online submission system.

Abstract: It is important that the abstract be a meaningful description of your paper.

Keywords: Choose from 3 to 8 keywords

Color: Use of color is encouraged, but since readers will usually print the papers in black and white, it is the author’s responsibility to ensure that all figures/plots can be printed and understood in black and white.

To help ensure correct formatting, please use the style files for U.S. Letter Size found at the link below as templates for your submission. These include Word and LaTeX.

Violations of any of the above paper specifications may result in rejection of your paper.

  • Copyright

The material submitted for presentation at IEEE ICALT’2017 must be original, not published or being considered for publication elsewhere. All accepted papers shall appear in the Conference Proceedings and on USB conference proceedings, and will be distributed to participants.

IEEE holds copyright of material presented at the conference. Authors shall submit e-copyright form once their papers are accepted for publication.

All papers submitted to IEEE ICALT’2017 will be checked for plagiarism including self-plagiarism. If a paper is found to fall in the category of plagiarism, the paper will be automatically rejected. A list of Authors of the papers identified in the category of  plagiarism will be forwarded to the IEEE.

  • Policy on Conflict of Interest

Policy for submitting papers by special session organizers to their special session:

A special session organizer may choose to submit a paper to their own special session. The paper should choose the “Conflict of interest” topic as the main topic from the drop down list on the submission webpage. These papers will not be managed by the special session organizers. They will be handled by the Program Chair of the conference. If the paper is accepted, it will be scheduled in the program with other papers from that special session.

Policy for submitting papers by any General Chairs, any Conference Chairs, or any Program Chairs

Any paper submitted by any General Chair, Conference Chair, or Program Chair must choose “Conflict of interest” from the main topic from the drop down list on the submission webpage. These papers will be managed by two independent chairs outside the review management system. They will coordinate the reviews for these papers outside the review management system. Decisions made by the two independent chairs on these papers will be final.
